At Irie Plates Restaurant & Bar, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. However, we would like to provide you with important information regarding our services and policies:

Allergens: Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, including common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination and accurately label menu items, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from allergens.

Scheduled Delivery Timeframe: To ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays, we kindly request that all orders be scheduled at least one hour before your event. Our delivery hours are between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Please plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for delivery.

Cancellation and Changes: Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, and a full refund will be issued. However, a 50% inventory fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. In the event that your plans change, please reach out to us promptly via phone or email to discuss any necessary adjustments.
